Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping (United States) Estimated delivery times after processing:

• Standard Shipping — 7–20 business days
• Expedited Shipping — available on select items at checkout

Delivery times vary by product and supplier. Some items may arrive sooner — we'll always send tracking so you can follow your order.

Free Shipping Free standard shipping on all US orders over $100.

International Shipping — Latin America We ship to select Latin American countries. Delivery estimates range from 15–30 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed upon delivery. These are not included in your order total.

• Orders containing multiple items may ship separately and arrive at different times.
